Jody graduated from SPU in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and worked for several years in Family Practice. She then returned to school and earned her Master's of Science and Nurse Practitioner Certification in 1998. Her 16-year medical career includes experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Jody was born and raised in Whatcom County, and loved it enough to return after graduate school and raise her family of 3 kids, ages 4, 6 and 9. She enjoys how small and vibrant Bellingham is, taking advantage of the active, outdoor community by snow skiing, playing volleyball, gardening and of course, biking.
