What is an ARNP?
Nurse Practitioner or ARNP
By definition, a Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who provides high-quality healthcare services similar to those of a physician. By the time an ARNP is certified, they have completed 6+ years of intensive nursing school.
A licensed nurse practitioner can practice medicine independently, apart from any clinic or physician. Working closely with other healthcare providers, an ARNP can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for a wide range of health problems, focusing on both care and cure in each situation.

Is Mobile Medicine covered under my insurance?
Most insurance plans will cover housecalls just like they cover regular office visits, but every plan is different. Please check with your insurance company for specifics about your coverage.
We are in the process of becoming contracted with most of the major insurance carriers that cover residents in Whatcom County. Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions!

How do payments work?
We will get your insurance information at the time of the visit. Your insurance will be billed directly. As with any medical bills, you are responsible for the portion of the fee not covered by your insurance. All of our billing is done through Accupro Medical Services and they will contact you regarding any remaining balance.
If you do not have insurance, a flat fee will be charged on a sliding scale.
Our fees include:
Treatment
Stat urinalysis, blood glucose and rapid strep testing
Travel
Follow-up email or phone calls
Our fees do not include the cost for outside lab tests or X-rays; these will be
billed directly by the lab or facility performing the service.
